Keep client records in one place and let customers approve quotes online without logging into your system.

Clients

Each order is tied to a client (company or contact). Client profiles store billing details, tax settings, and contact info used on quotes and invoices.

Shop → Clients — search, open a client, and see their orders and history.

When creating an order, select an existing client or add a new one inline.

When a quote is ready:

  1. Open the order and send the approval request (email with a secure link).
  2. The customer opens the link on phone or desktop — no account required.
  3. They review line items, artwork, and totals, then approve or request changes.
  4. You get notified; approved orders can move to production and invoicing.

Approval links are token-based — they expire and are scoped to that order only.

What customers see

The public approval page shows:

  • Order summary and line items
  • Artwork previews where attached
  • Approve / reject actions
  • Status updates you choose to make visible

Tips

  • Double-check client email before sending approval — typos delay jobs.
  • Use order Activity to see when approval was sent and when the client responded.
  • Tax-exempt clients can be flagged on the client record so quotes stay accurate.
