Customer online stores

Online stores let your customers (or their end buyers) submit order details through a branded storefront — useful for fundraisers, team orders, and campaigns where you collect many line items into one production run.

What it is

A store is linked to your workspace. You configure products, decoration options, and checkout flow; buyers place orders that roll up into your shop’s order management.

Ideal when:

  • A school or organization runs a fundraiser shirt sale
  • A client wants employees to order from a fixed catalog
  • You need self-serve size/color collection before you quote production

Getting started

Availability depends on your plan and beta access. From your workspace:

  1. Set up the store catalog and artwork rules (admin configuration).
  2. Share the store URL with the customer’s audience.
  3. Monitor incoming orders in Shop → Orders like any other job.

(Detailed store builder steps are expanding — ask your workspace admin or support if you do not see Stores in the sidebar.)

How it connects to production

Store orders become orders in the main system — same path as Quote to cash: artwork, approval where needed, production, and invoicing.

Tips

  • Close store intake before you lock sizes for production.
  • Use one store per campaign when possible to simplify reconciliation.
  • Pair with Invoices & payments for post-campaign billing to the organization.
