Tax rates in the workspace

Define rates under Settings → Taxes. Assign a tax to an order or line items on the invoice tab as your workflow requires.

QuickBooks Automated Sales Tax (AST)

When QuickBooks is enabled, estimates and invoices can use Automated Sales Tax based on the customer’s address. Confirm AST is turned on in your QuickBooks company settings.

Tax-exempt clients

Mark a client as tax-exempt on the client record when applicable. Review the order before sending for approval so totals match your shop policy.
